Welcome Bag Tag Information

What did everyone put on the tag for the Welcome Bag you left at the resort for your guests. Besides the resort name, guest name and arrival date, did you also include the reservation number? I don't have these as everyone has booked through Fairytale Weddings.

I was also thinking of putting the pick up time they will be picked up from their resort to Epcot for the ceremony.

Also, someone had a really cute saying on their tag and I can't remember what it was. Something about ................. it was the least we could do. I remember it was very cute and now I can't find it.

Linda -- My understanding is it should have the name on the reservation, arrival date and reservation number. You can get the reservation number from your planner, I believe. Just ask for the room block update with reservation numbers. I think the poem was something like "We made this welcome bag especially for you. Since you traveled all these miles, it was the least we could do." I'm sorry I can't remember who's tag it was, but it definitely stuck in my memory as very clever.

You are correct. I just checked my Room Block Sheet from my planner and it has the reservation number there. I will make sure to add this info.

Also, yes, I think that was the saying. I thought it was so cute.
