The weather has turned weird this fall and I wanted to take a few minutes to express some concern for my fellow Dissers who live along the Gulf Coast.

The Denver area got about 1 inch of snow last night, so Winter is about 3 weeks early...it's been snowing off and on all day. All things being equal, I would rather be at the Fort!

I just heard about the tropical storm heading for LA, MS, AL, and the panhandle of FL. For those Dis board members in the path, I wish you all the best. Hopefully, the storm won't be too much of a problem. Luckily, it doesn't sound like the storm will make a turn toward central FL based on current weather models, so WDW should be okay....crossing my fingers it stays that way.

In Ohio it's been about 80 degrees for the past week and will continue for a few more days. Summer doesn't want to end, I wish it would!!

Our temperature just took a nosedive...from 41 to 39. The leaves are about 10% yellow and the grass is still green. Interesting to see snow hanging on them this morning. The snow has melted...but it's COLD! Freeze warning for tonight. Time to bring the plants inside :(

Brrrrr, we have been about 8 degrees above normal temps here in Tn. :thumbsup2 And low humidity.

The bottom is gonna drop out.

After seeing pics of the blizzard conditions in WY, SD and thereabouts, sure makes me thankful all over again that I'm a southern gal! ;) Love the heat, don't do cold weather too well!
