Weird thing with 7 month booking dates

I go on a number of days during the week to track 7 month availability for my own personal curiosity.

So yesterday was 2/28/19 and the 7 month mark to book was 9/28/19 -makes sense, right?

Today (3/1/19) I go on and it says the 7 month mark to book is 10/1/19 -- What happened to the 7 month mark to book 9/29 and 9/30? When can you book those dates? So does today 3/1 actually have 3 "7 month windows" You can book 9/29, 9/30 and 10/1?

So what happens if you want/need to book at the 7 month mark for a month that has 31 days but the current month you are in only has 30 days? I think it only really happens a few times per year, so it generally isn't a big deal for people booking. It just had me wondering what you do in that situation and when you should book.

If the month you are in has 30 days or 31 days, then you can Book the corresponding dates in the month that is 7 months or 11 months out. But if the month you are in is short, then you can't book those days until the 1st of the next month. So, on February 28th, you can book September 28th, but to book September 29th, 30th or 31st, you need to wait until March 1st, when you will suddenly be able to book any of those days (29th, 39th, 31st, and October 1st), all at once.

It's also the same at 11 months. If you were booking Jan 29, 30, 31st or Feb 1 then you had to wait until today, March 1st. And any month with 31 days that aligns with a 30 day long month at 7 or 11 months.
