Weird request for old croquet ball!

Does anyone happen to have an old (the more beat up, the better) croquet ball they don't need??? I can't find one anywhere and I'm getting kind of desperate. My father-in-law's 90th birthday is coming up and we want to give him some gag gifts - - he used an old croquet ball to hold up the seat of his '65 Mustang!

I'd be happy to pay you what you think the ball is worth, plus the shipping, of course. I'm trying to avoid having to buy an entire set just to get a single ball. Any DIS'ers out there who used to play croquet?? I'd really appreciate the help.

Try ebay - there are 639 items that show up if you search under "croquet". Granted, not all of them are balls, but there are some old, antique things listed.
