Ok good, I was going to ask the same thing, believe it started appearing yesterday.

On other websites asking about your cookie preferences, it goes away after you answer the questions. This one keeps showing up regardless of what option you select.

It shouldn't be showing anymore. You might need to close your browser.

Hmmmm still there I closed browser & rebooted. I use Microsoft Edge if that helps.
