Weird, my code only gave me upgraded park tickets

What's the deal with this. The CM said that I only have a code for upgraded park tickets. Did I have more than this, and it got squeezed to someone else?

You may have gotten the AAA general code that is available to everyone that has AAA. That is the only thing that you are getting with that code. I think that it will saveyou about $40 per adult ticket. It does include the water Parks and more fun.

About the AAA code, I never told them I had AAA, so why would they give me that code?

CALL BACK and spell tbe code phonetically. It sounds VERY much the same as the upgraded tickets code. But it's not. Give them a word for each letter..

Example : If the code was "ABC" then.. A - as in Aardvark, B as in Bobcat and C as in Charlie.

I had to do this.. Frustrating but a fact when the CM's make assumptions and you don't spell it out.
