Weird Bounceback question

Here's a strange question that I hope someone here can help with. We're going to be at the Swan at the end of August/beginning of September, and plan to go again next year to a regular Disney owned resort. With the bounceback package for 2017 we are considering making a one night room only stay at a value resort...would we be able to use the bounceback offer if we did this? I know it seems silly, but our stay at the Swan is locked because we have a package booked. We figure we'll be buying magic bands anyway so that offsets a little of the cost.

Not silly. This would work assuming your value has a bounce back offer available.

That would work. The Free dining BB will be offered when you are there and the dates are available on the other thread. If there is no packet in your room, just call the BB line ext 8844.
