Weird AP question

I have a weird question about annual passes. Many years ago we were foster parents and have since adopted our DD now 15. A former foster child is having difficulties with her birth family and they have suggested maybe moving her back to us for the summer. We have a trip planned this summer and we will buy our annual passes when we get down there but I'm wondering if she would be eligible to be a "family member" or not. In these situations, a few weeks can turn into a longer period of time.

I'd hope they'd give you that. Pretty bad if the policy wouldn't include foster kids.
