I do it with no problems. WW uses the points system. They have the healthy guidelines, but none include carbs. (They are things like fruits and veggies, activity, water, etc.)
At only one meeting i have been to did they eve ntalk about carbs, and the information was very accurate and was in no way against low carbing.
Actually, WW is very much like south beach, and pretty low carb. The also had a core program, which was very low carb, but I think they merged the core and points together now. High carb foods are high points, low carb, high fiber low points. WW is very anti empty carbs.
