Weight Restrictoin for Segway Tour

We are wondering if we should cancel our reservation for the Segway tour as my DH weighed himself last night and he was at 260 lbs. I know they told me 250 was the max on the phone, but he is afraid they will not let him tour when we arrive, thus losing the money spent on the reservation.

Any input would help - do they weigh some people when they arrive if they are not sure???

Will height be a problem? He is 6'4". Thanks!

We rode horses, one year. They also have a 250 weight limit, for riding. They didn't weigh everyone who rode the horses before we got on them, but nobody looked close to 250 either.

Is your trip far enough away that he could, maybe, lose some weight? 10 pounds wouldn't be too hard to lose.

I wouldn't think Disney would make you forfeit your money, if, when you arrived for the tour, they said your DH weighed too much. I would think they would just refund your money.
