Weight Loss ticker question

I know how the countdown to vacation ones work, they countdown automatically because you put the dates in. But on the weight loss ones, obviously they can't count down automatically, you have to tell it when to change.

My question is, is there some way to make the current one change, or do you just go in and make a new one and re-paste it into your signature each time you lose?

i have used the weight loss tickers from threefatchicks website -- and they give directions on where in the ticker mumbo-jumbo to find the correct number to change to reflect the loss without having to make a new one each time.
