hi everyone..
I always see all the advertisments for hte pills that supposedly help you lose weight....
my question is do any of these work and are they healthy? i have a thyroid problem and dont want to do anything that will affect that...
but im having such a hard time with exercising every day and just cant seem to get hte energy or motiviation to do it..i go to florida in 2 months and jus want to slim down a bit...im looking to lose20 lbs eventually but cant do it!!!!

Unfortunately the truth is there is NO magic pill for losing weight. You have to choose a plan and stick with it.
You have great motivation - a WDW trip! Start small - concentrate on drinking as much water as you can. For optimal weight loss they say 1/2 your body weight is a good number to shoot for. Then work on exercising 2 days a week, then 3, etc. Give yourself small goals and work towards those. Additionally, with your thyroid problem I would most definitely speak with your doctor before taking any diet pills!
