Hi all!
I'm sure you can all understand my desire, my wish, my absolute neeeeeeeeeed and desperation to get to Walt Disney World.... I didn't think it would be possible for us, but DH said (a couple of months ago now) that if I lost weight, we could go in 2013. He didn't say it to be horrible, but I am so heavy right now that there is no way I could sit on an aircraft for 9 hours from the UK(even now I need an extension belt), and wouldn't fit on most of the rides let alone manage the amount of walking it would need. Its a really expensive trip from here, so I can totally understand him not feeling we could spend it if I can't make the most of it. So, with that in mind, I have embarked on a weight loss programme and hope to lose a lot of weight by this time next year: 168lbs to be precise!
I am trying to keep motivated by reading lots of DISboard stuff, looking through all the DISigns etc (I might even be small enough to enjoy wearing the DISigns on t-shirts!). To do this, I am filling a 2L soda bottle with water each morning, so I know what I need to drink that day and I'm going to stick a custom label on it. Also, for my weight loss journal and stuff, I am hoping to customise them a bit.
Does anyone know of any weight-loss related DISigns that anyone has done? I don't remember seeing any but then I wasn't looking for that when I went through all the photobuckets etc.
