Is this the correct web-site to order groceries from....any comments...We may not rent a car this time,staying at BWV's (10 of us) we always mail a food package or 2 down, but concerned about meat, fruit, milk etc....thanks...

We used them last month for our trip. We had a great experience, no complaints. I went to the Publix website and found their sale ad to put together our food order. It all went without a hitch, I would highly recommend them. I had packed a small soft sided wheeled cooler full of non-perishables (granola bars, cookies, crackers, etc) and only ordered beverages, fruit and such. They are very prompt at replies to any questions.

We used them in June. we allowed them to pick the store. They did a great job and even picked out fruit etc for us. Oh ya, they will deliver ice cold beer too.

I am going to use them for our trip 9/24-10/1. Do they give you an approximate time they will deliver?

You give them a time that you would like and they e-mail you back to say if it is available. We had a cell phone with us so we called when we got to our villa and they came right over. We had to change the delivery time because we could not get in our villa right away. So they worked with us and even with the delay, everything was very cold.

I cannot remember all of the details but they were wonderful. We emailed ahead with the order and some Q's and they were great. We even changed the order 2 days out and they made the changes.

Nice people doing a nice job.

I would like to place an order with them for in Dec. and I arrive on the 2oth. now how do you judge what time you want them to come? I have the MVMMP and dinner ressies at 535. so I arrive at 1030am. this might be a close call!
also, it sounds like you can tell them what store to use?

I do not remember what time check in is at the resort. (terrible sentence structure) That is where we ran in to trouble because we had to wait a little while for our room. I think that if you give them a credit card for payment that they will deliver to the bell person and this person will refrigerate etc until you arrive back. That might be an option. Call or email wegoshop and they will help with that kind of decision making.


yes, they will shop whereever you wish them to shop.

We are going to use this service but I am wondering if the hotel will hold the delivery for us if our plane gets delayed or if it takes alot of time to get to the hotel.

Excellent service - we used wegoshop this summerbecause with magical express we didn't need a car. I believe you do have to meet them for delivery. But its easy - they take your cell phone number and give you theirs. I highly recommend.

I just placed my order for 9/25. The website asks you to call for delivery times. When I got Becca on the phone, I asked her some of these questions. The fridges at WL are the large, dorm-style ones. We need a gallon of milk and she recommended ordering 2 1/2 gallon jugs because they will fit on the door of the fridge.

They ask you to send your list at least 72 hours before your expected delivery date.

The hotel will hold stuff for you in the fridge at bell services. Becca won't leave groceries without payment, so give a CC if you expect to be late. She also told me to call when we arrive to confirm, so maybe they won't even come until they hear from you?? Our plane lands at 11:20 and I asked for a 3:00 delivery time.

If you cannot be available for delivery you will need to give them a CC. They ask that you make a delivery time and that it be with enough time for a delay. They also want you to call when you actually get to your room/villa because of the potential for delays. These are easy requests and they are just plain wonderful people. Good luck. I completely agree to order the milk by the 1/2 gallon. We had to be creative on the arrangement in our fridge to fit it in.

One thing to keep in mind, if you are going to order by credit card there is an additional fee involved. When we first placed our order they told us our time wasn't available but we called them and worked out another time to save us the credit card fee. Plus I didn't want to have to trust Bell Services, I'm sure they'd do fine but I felt better taking delivery directly.

I went to the wegoshop site and saw that for up to $100 groceries $15 shop plus delivery fee but see no delivery fee charge listed so is that the shop and delivery fee together, also it has a new caveat of $2.00 surcharge since Sept 15 but further down it also has a $2 gas charge from March. so help me here what do you think the extra charge for delivery will be. 15 + delivery? + 2+2 =? Am I dense? Thanks. Carol

The $15 for $100 of groceries is for the shopping and delivery. There is also a small fee $4 I think to cover increased costs with the increase in gas prices. We also gave them a generous gratuity.

They do a very nice job.
