This looks like a great (and fun) offer but I wanted to point out that it is only for those having tonsillectomy's that are under age 18! Our 18 year old DS is not eligible. Also, just know that your doctor or hospital must sign the form before submittal and it must include all surgery info (date/doctor ect). My best friends daughter may have to have her tonsils out... I printed the PDF today and I am mailing it to her mom, this is a great offer and anyone, ecspecially a kid, would love to receive this!

am i the only one having trouble signing up for this? whenever i get to the choose user name and password part, it jumps up to the login thing at the top, won't let me put it in the spot in the registration form??? i could really use this... DF snores like crazy... in fact, i was up from 3:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. last night/this morning because I couldn't sleep with his snoring!
