Does anyone remember the free American Greetings Photo Calendar? I got in, got the code, but didn't order it yet. It expires today, yikes!

But I remember some people saying that while it was free, they had to pay shipping. I don't remember how much it that was. And since I'm pressed for time, not sure I want to create the calendar only to find shipping is like muchos bucks.

So does anyone remember how much it was ? Would appreciate it, thanks.
