Weekend Trip - All 4 Parks??

My husband and I will be heading to WDW for a quick weekend trip on 5/19-21, mainly to ride Expedition Everest for the first time. We'll be at the park all day Saturday and until 3:30 on Sunday. We've been many times before, so we were thinking we'd just do some old favorites at each park. Anyone done this before? Is it realistic? Anyone have suggestions as to what our game plan should be? We figured we'd head straight to AK on Saturday morning for opening, but where to head after that has me at a loss. Thanks.

my girls and i are doing the same thing the last weekend of april. we are going to ak right away in the morning, we will ride ee and fastpas ee as much as we can. we will hit the safari, dinosaur, and kali for sure and be out of there by noon. then we will head over to mk for our favorites, it closes at 7 due to grad night, then we are going to epcot, they have pm emh, to ride soarin, tt, and ms...and whatever else we want. we will wake up to hit mgm, am emh on saturday, have lunch at sci fi at 11. and back to boardwalk inn to relax the rest of the day. not only is it doable, it will be great fun. we have been to wdw three times in past two years, and this is our second annual commando trip where we leave mom at home. the kids are stoked and so am i.
