Weekend Acceptances?

Hey guys- not sure if this has been talked about yet, but does anyone know if they send out acceptance/ decline emails on the weekends?
I just wanted to know if I needed to keep up the constant email checking tomorrow and sunday

I was wondering the same thing. I called Disney today to ask if they were sending out acceptances for the Disneyland College Program today since so many went out yesterday but she only said that it's on a case-by-case basis and said if I am still showing "in progress" that at least that's a good thing. So didn't really get any answer I don't know of any that went out today, do you?

What does that mean? DD got pended.

Pended means that they are wait listed in a sense.. they say it could be until April 25th for you to find anything out. Does not mean that they are out of the running, just have to wait longer to find out

If you are accepted is it possible to change it to Spring? I got accepted but I can't do it now for the Fall, is there a way to change it to spring without going through all the steps again?

Unfortunately there is not a way to defer it to spring. You have to reapply.

Ok since I can't change it to spring is it bad to turn down the acceptance and reapply in the spring? Does Disney red flag you for that in any way?

Nope, they do not. In fact, I was accepted last semester and paid my fees, picked my dates to check-in, but then I ended up pulling out of the program about a month before I was supposed to head down to FL. I reapplied just recently and got my acceptance letter on Thursday!

MY college will not let me outof my DII sport to do the program. I am hoping to re-apply next spring 2013. Byt hen I should be able to get released from sports.

I just have a question. I got accepted to the fall 2012 program through WDW. People are talking about picking roommates but I haven't gotten anything about choosing a roommate. Any help here?

People are getting ahead of the curve. Actual roommate selection will happen later via the internet, and housemate selection wont happen until move-in day.

Has anyone received an acceptance today? One of the girls in the Facebook group for Disneyland College Program received her acceptance email today but she was the only one out of the group.
