Hey, where did everyone disappear to?
He crossed the finish line and was completely unprepared for how exhausted he felt - almost threw up, cried, had no idea how he finished and didn't care. Can't wait to do it again!
DD17 was so worried about the DLF, and I reminded her of the WISH motto and that it didn't matter at all to Hank - he's happy that it's over, but can't wait to try again. We're all so proud of him for finishing a really tough course. And little brother Tobias - I say he was first since the 2 kids in front of him were on Strider bikes that you don't really pedal!
I'm actually looking forward to more training walks and my fitness classes!
if you felt like you were tearin' up the course than you so were! Then again if you felt pokey....go with the garmin hehe!
That was a neat idea tracking your miles with the garmin.
I never did get
baseball, so I am no help there.
Knee also held up!
