Week of March 7th- March 14th

We are going to OKW the week of March 7th with DH family. We booked 3 studios and one two bedroom. Has anyone gone this week in the pasat. I am curious to see how crowded it will be.

I called today for any studio that week and there were none. Best they could offer me was a 1-br and a 2-br for one or 2 nights each. The cm said the 2nd week thru the month month was very busy so I guess that gives you some idea.

pretty crowded - but not packed - the next two weeks are spring break for Orlando then Kissimmee - then it is really packed - since Kissimmee would not be using the DVC resort or WDW resorts and I couldn't find anything....

I am going too - staying in at Studio at OKW - I will probably be pushing my mother in a wheelchair...March 8

We are going to be at OKW March 1-9.
I have been there around that time before. It usually isn't too bad. It always depends on how many 'Spring Breakers' there are. College spring break varies from March 1 - 30. Every week different colleges have off depending upon their schedules. At some point you also run into school breaks (elementary through high school) but that usually coincides with Easter when it really gets crowded!
Have fun! Remember as a DVC member it is no longer a "Commando Disney" visit. None of that running around like a crazy person to get in every last attraction, ride, show, parade or other adventure. Sit back take it easy and enjoy!
