Week Before July 4th or Week After?

I know I'm crazy to even think about going during that time. Which week is less busy? Before or after the big holiday?

It's not a crazy idea. Hundreds of thousands of others are going too!

The third and fourth fireworks are amazing and worth the time. For 2014 I would say the week before is best because the 4th is on a Friday. I find holidays and weekends to be bad combinations. But, it will be peak time regardless. Take it for what it is. Enjoy!

We love going over the 4th. Have done both before and after. If you are prepared for the heat and crowds, you will have a great time!!! Lots of entertainment, fireworks, and special things going on. (love the golf cart parade at FW!) Plus, it is always warm enough to swim!
