What are SDFP's and how do I get them???

We are still here until Tuesday. Crowds were crazy insane this last week but we killed it in all the parks so far between FP+, SDFP and Rider Swap. I just don't understand how some people still don't use FP. We waited standby for nothing.
Looks like we did the same parks on the same days!
