Week After Turkey Day Shenanigans

Amazon order placed - check!

- Sling bag for my camera/phone/50 chapsticks I travel everywhere with :hyper:
- brita water bottles
- small card binder for SOTMK cards
- replacement lightning/usb cables because we seem to lose/break one a month!

What's left on your trip to do list?!

I still need to iron some decals onto shirts...and figure out what tops I will wear.

Ah so much stuff to do! I have 6 people to pack for. DD is done for clothes and princess dresses. Trying to decide if I want to buy shirts for every day for DS who is almost 10. He prob won't wear them past DW.
I couldn't find more ponchos at Dollar Tree today, prob missed them. Have to finish decorating magic bands. Place an amazon order: DVD player for car, thingie for regular plugs to plug in?, portable chargers (ours don't work that well), autograph books, and possibly those little things to keep your magic band on. Not sure if those are really necessary. We are driving 20 hours each way so a lot of entertainment stuff and snacks will be needed. Also still deciding on memory maker. Do you think that it's worth it? We have 6 park days so I am leaning toward yes, but can't commit.

Hi! I have a luggage handling question -- maybe someone here has some experience and would know the answer. We'll be checking in to Pop on a Friday morning, then moving to Beach Club the following day for the rest of our trip. I want to spend most of our time in the parks, and not dealing with the luggage. We will ask them to hold our luggage and then deliver it to our room when we arrive at Pop, but we have an 8:15 a.m. ADR at Beach Club the following morning. Will we be able to check out of Pop, give bell services our luggage to ship to Beach Club, and make it over there ourselves by 8:15, or is this totally unrealistic? Do bell services operate 24 hours/day? We also have an Amazon delivery that will be waiting for us at Pop that will need to be sent to Beach Club with our luggage -- just to complicate things!

Yes Bag services will be able to have them moved over for you. But dont expect them to be there right away I would give it 4 to 6 hours. Should be less but I always plan more. I am not sure aboout the Amazon delivery I would assume as long as its dry goods just pack up with your bags @ bag services. If its refrigerated stuff I am not sure how that would work. Can you just switch your delivery to beach club and not worry about it for the day?

Thanks for the reply! I don't care if it takes a long time for the stuff to arrive at Beach Club, I just want to make sure bell services is open early (around 6:30) so we can get it squared away and then head to our breakfast. I don't want Amazon to deliver to Beach Club because it goes to the convention center, where you have to pay a fee and pick it up yourself.

My 7yo got 1 new mickey shirt since he outgrew is other one and he won't wear it otherwise. He has about 10 Star Wars shirts though haha!

And I'm probably one of the few here who aren't getting memory maker - if by chance we get enough shots that we absolutely LOVE then I will buy adter the fact. But I'll be dragging my beloved Canon 7D with us and asking photogs to take pics with my Camera. I am a photo nerd and can't be without it!

Damnit now I'm back to wanting to book the MVMCP. The kids would LOVE IT And it would be such a fun surprise....I could probably convince DH If I was creative enough in my methods :scratchin

:laughing::rotfl2:
Hahahaha just do it. The way I justify my spending to my husband is "well we didn't do XY so technically we saved enough money to do Z" :D. Also talk about not wanting to have regrets on such an important vacation. Guilt!

ALSO: Guilt parents/in-laws to at least covering the kids tickets. "It'd be a great Xmas gift for the kids" I'm awful :rotfl:

You are seriously one of the best informers around here and are always so patient to answer questions - even when you've already answered the SAME question a billion times! :rotfl: I really enjoy your SW thread and appreciate that you've stepped up to the plate to help out with party information as well for MNSSHP, JBJB, and now MVMCP! :worship: :disrocks:
