Ok one thing I've noticed (unless I'm crazy) is that as long as you grab the FP you are after you can modify your time later. For instance, I checked back and all the 7DMT were gone for my day but I could go into mine and modify and different times would come up. Does that make sense? Try to grab the time you want but most importantly grab any time before they are gone.

Yes I noticed pretty much the same. Also I noticed different available times showing on the main screen, where it only shows 3 times, vs. when you click to view all available times! I wanted a 3:30 for something and saw it on the main page as one of the 3 times, but I had gotten click-happy and had already clicked on "view more times" and the 3:30 wasn't there. I clicked Back and there is was again with the 3 times, so I clicked it from there and got it. So weird.

I'm glad I'm not just going crazy. Well...I probably am, but that's another story. It makes me wonder what is REALLY out there in the Disney-verse. Thinking about how that place operates kind of fascinates me. I try not to think about it too much or too deeply because it's like going down a rabbithole for me and there's no way out. The whole FP thing had me thinking about that today.

No night show as of now. Rivers of Light might be up and running by then, but we don't know anything for sure yet.

I think it was probably the lockout for FPs Scott already had that caused the confusion, still seeing availability on those rides but it is all at dinner and later.
