Week After Turkey Day Shenanigans

My oldest would happily ride EE over and over and over...then spend hours in the boneyard dig site. I'm planning safari, FoW, Everest a few times, dinosaur once, primeval whirl just because DS is 48" now and will want to try it (barf), and the train ride. We've got our safari FP 9:15-10:15 so hoping to sleep in a bit that day since it's after my planned late night at MK

Oh yes, Everest too. Hopefully we can rider swap that. What's the train?

Also, tell me about the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom...

Train takes you to rafikis planet watch. It was fairly boring but neat for a short time. And my youngest is train obsessed so he loved it.

SOTMK Is an interactive card game - you each get a pack of cards at the fire hall, and they link your MB to a game. You have to use the map to find secret portals throughout MK and use your player cards to help defeat villains. My 6yo LOVED this. It was a great downtime activity in the afternoon when lines were long. You can get a new pack of cards each day, and I think if you beat all the portals in 1 land you can get a second pack that day too. He and I played it and got cards on 3 different days so he has quite a collection already.

Even if you don't like to play, it's like a fun ftee souvenir!

@Meeko5 I'm not planning anything at AK except for safari, lion king, and flame tree bbq. Bugs freak my dh out! Anything else is a bonus!

Russell and Dug from Up were super fun. DD loves up though.

Ok... the planning continues I think that I am going to get the park hopper for sure. I have a bunch of FP planned for the mornings. Curious about planning FP in separate parks in the evenings. After I scan my last FP at MK can I go ahead an book a second FP for HS or do I have to wait until I am physically in that second park?

After you scan your last FP you can use the app on your phone to schedule a fastpass in another park.

Oh man! Definitely stay home. You need to rest and allow your body to heal, pushing yourself will make your recovery harder!

Working on my AK touring plan...

It's tough to be a bug with a toddler...YAY or nay? We missed it last year and I think my oldest will love it.
