Hi guys, this will be the new weight loss thread.

OK! I am all set with getting the tables and colors to work porperly! :cheer2: So we are good to go!

I need to lose 40.5lbs before my big day. So will start off a chart. :)

Are you ladies also up for a small challenge? Maybe a 6 week challenge to take us to the first week of September? In that time I'd like to lose 14lb (a stone in the UK)

i want to join to!!!!!

I want to lose 56 pounds all together and so far i have lost 11! totally up for the 6 week goal!
 


I'm in. Its about 60 weeks til the wedding. Ideally, I'd like to lose between 50-60 lbs. So my 6 week goal is 6 pounds.
 


I guessed you were in for a stone too? Let me know if not.

I was cheeky and put last weeks' 4lb in as I was proud of it! :)

Weigh ins for the week will run from monday to sunday. :)
 
I have signed up to weight loss resources.

Basically each day I have 1000 cal less than my body needs to maintain it's weight, and it also tracks my exercise. I have a personal trainer and work out with him 3 times a week then do extra cardio once or twice too.

WLR is great for me, as it makes it so easy to track your calories as every food in the country is listed on there, including restaurants and brands etc. :)

Really really enjoying it.

wow that sounds ace.
Im just working out for 30mins each day, not eating after 7pm (which was always something i did lol) and cutting down my cals too.

I have to say im not really enjoying it lol :rotfl:
worth it though! im starting to see a difference in myself already :goodvibes
 
I'm in. My fiance and I just started a challenge between ourselves and I refuse to loose anything but weight :thumbsup2

For my 6 week challenge, 7 pounds would be fabulous.

For my overall goal, I'm striving to be 15 to 20 pounds lighter.

I start weight watchers on Saturday with my mom.

I can't wait to see and hear about everyone's successes.
 
I am basically just eating healthier and less calories, and so far my workout routine is brisk walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I really hate exercising so right now this walking thing is the only thing I tolerate. :lmao:

Also drinking lots of water, only water, no sodas, juices. etc.
 
Is it too late to join?

I'm not too concerned with weight, it's more the size I want to change :laughing:

So I'll go with losing umm, I think it's 5lb all up (around 10kg) and for the six week challenge 5kg, so that would be roughly 2-3lb.

I've been to the gym two days in a row, and I'm in so much pain!! I thought exercise was supposed to give you more energy, but I'm so sleepy and lethargic!
