Hi! Most of you will most likely be coming over from our other weight loss thread! This thread is to talk about losing weight before our Disney Weddings (or after them).

Lets each post how much we have lost, what method we are using & when our big day is.
 
Hi! I am Lisa and so far I have lost 24.4 pounds doing Weight Watchers & My DF has lost 32 pounds. We are on Week 10. My Wedding is November 4, 2008 (ELection Day) on Castaway Cay while cruising on the Disney Wonder!
 
:woohoo: I'm down 15, DF is down 20 both on Weight Watchers (week nine) -- our big day is October 30th at SBP! :woohoo:
 
I am down 8 pounds on my 6th week of weight watchers. DF has been in weight watchers for over about a year and is down 44 pounds.
 

i'm down 5lbs on weight watchers just started week 4, my wedding is in 10 weeks
 
YAY for all us weight watchers girls!!!! That is great! We can support each other because I know its hard for me :lmao:
 
It is great to be able to support each other.
 
i'm doing it online instead of going to the meetings and its so easy, i'm on the points not the core plan and i can eat loads and still have points left over!

I'm hoping for 14lbs by my wedding
 
Try not to leave points left over. Our Group leader said this can slow down weight loss. I love it. It is easier since we have each other. We have no "Bad Food" in the house. LOL
 
Orangetiggs - You can totaly lose 9 pounds in 10 weeks! I know you can.

I'm doing it online too!! It is VERY easy...although today i was bad because it was "birthday cake day" -- there WERE fresh berries in it, so it was okay, right? :rotfl:


When is everyones Weigh In days? And for those of you doing other programs -- do you weigh in weekly?
 
i have trouble eating my points though! last week i saved my max of 12 in two days! and i dont eat my activity points either!

Thanks, I didnt lose this week I stayed the same but i did eat bad this weekend as we went to the horse racing
 
Our Weigh ins are on Wednesdays.

I never eat my Activity Points and On Wed. nights after weight in we go out to eat, don't count points and use that as all 35 of our weekly points!
 
I can't help my busy-body ways so I had to comment. ;) Eating is what spurs the human body's metabolism. We must eat in order to lose weight. I've never done Weight Watchers but I bet you have to eat most of the points (and in a well-balanced way) to lose weight. I just count calories and stay active but I never eat less than 1200 cals a day when looking to lose.
