Hello Everyone!!! I'm new to the Disboards and have found so much of the information useful in planning my Wishes Wedding set for April 24, 2009!!

We signed our contract last week and I received a message from my wedding planner yesterday! I was so excited to find out who would be helping me for the next 8 months. Her name is Mary Williamson and I was wondering if anyone has used her before and has any reviews.

I have Meri right now and she is great. She has been very prompt with email responses and is also great at suggesting different items for your wedding. You are in great hands!

I am working with Meri, too, and she is absolutely wonderful! Really great on communications and so attentive to detail. She is definitely a person who will go way beyond the norm to try to make your dreams come true. It's funny how I have no worries at all about anything that is in her hands. I can't wait to hear how your first chat with her goes -- she is a darling!

Haha it is pretty funny. We have our rehersal the day of your wedding. Maybe I will get a chance to sneak a little peak at your wedding.

Yay! I should be at the GF for pictures around 12 or 1 so definitely try to hang around if you can!

I will for sure. We are staying at the GF so we will be over there checking in and what not during that day too. Probably right after rehersal which would be about the time you are getting your pictures done. Can't wait!

The funny thing is I'm on the 18th, Catherine's the 19th, and TamTab - you are the 20th - and we all have Meri as our planner!!!!

It's so nice to finally see some April brides!! I've been poking around the boards for about 2 months now and have found zero April brides. I don't know all the plans yet. We'll probably get down there Monday and then chill out until Friday. The wedding is at SBP and reception at Ariels. I haven't found anyone else who has had their reception at Ariel's either.. so I hope it turns out well. We have our planning session December 15.

What are your plans?? Maybe we could meet up one day before our weddings!

We are either staying at the Boardwalk or the Beach Club.. I will know by the end of this week when my parents book the room. I've considered having my welcome dinner at the Living Seas too! I still haven't figured it all out.. but that's the next thing on the list to figure out.
