Beaute Special did her hair and make-up. They come highly recommended on this site. Ana Rivera is the lady most people want, but we did not get her. We had two other ladies, and for the life of me, I do not remember their names. They did an amazing job on Kayli's hair and make-up, but not so great on the bridesmaids. Everyone's hair fell before the ceremony started except one bridesmaid and myself. We paid $65 per person for hair, and $60 for makeup. I haven't rated my vendors yet, but I would give Beaute Special a B+.

Did you guys have Veronica from Beaute Speciale? I have them booked both Oct 12th (for our DFTW) and the 13th (for our MK/Epcot shoot) and have not been told who will arrive but I have received emails from both Ana and Veronica.

Your pictures are beautiful! I could see your daughter being Alice.
She's very pretty. I love the ones on The Boardwalk. It looks like they were taken just before dark. Were they taken after the ceremony? What time was the ceremony?

Her wedding was at 6:30 pm at the Swan, and she did not want Mark to see her until the ceremony, so only the girls were on the Boardwalk before the ceremony. After the ceremony, the couple had pictures on the Boardwalk, and the time was probably 7:15-7:45 pm. Immediately following the ceremony, we did family shots, the cute shot of the grromsmen on the bridge, then the Mark, Kayli, and Vicki and David went to the Boardwalk. They got the pictures very quickly, as it was starting to rain when they headed to the Boardwalk. I think the lighting was perfect...not too dark, not too bright. Kayli was wanting a few sunset-type pictures, so the timing worked out great.

2nd Time Bride-
It was so chaotic when the ladies arrived to do hair and makeup that I didn't even ask their names. They did introduce themselves, but I just can't remember the names. The taller lady that did Kayli's makeup and hair also did the hair of the only bridesmaid whose hair held up. The other lady did my hair and the hair of my two younger daughters. If you look at the photos, numbers 36 and 37 in particular show how much my younger daughters' hair fell. These photos were taken on the Boardwalk before the ceremony, approximately 30 minutes after we left the room. My 16-year-old(the tallest of the three on the left) has long hair, but it is not heavy or thick. My 20-year-old(on the right)has fine hair that is thinner than both of her sisters' hair. I have rolled her hair for dance and cheer competitions all her life, and never had it fall so rapidly, and I have prom pictures from 2-4 years ago with her hair professionally done that still had curl late into the evening. Now Kayli, the bride, has thick hair, and it held up better than the other two. It always took me twice as long to fix her hair as it did the other two because she had so much of it! Mark said the next day that he took out a thousand hair pins before they went to bed! The girls whose hair fell were disappointed, but luckily they all had faces pretty enough to pull it off. I just want to advise future brides and bridesmaids to make sure they ask for extra spray in the summer heat.
