Wedding License

Hi everyone....I'm not to sure if any one has asked this or not. But Does anyone know how long these last for? Like can i get it in April if i'm getting Married in July.......? I figure it would be one less thing I'd have to worry about.

They are only valid for 60 days. If you do it by mail, the Clerk of the Court will sit on your application til the time gets closer. Fortunately, it only takes a couple of weeks to turn them around by mail.

We just got our application back from Brevard County and our wedding is in October. We're going to go in front of a Notary Public to finish filling it out and then mail it back.
