I know it was still a little early but I found this dress online and found a store 2 hours away to get it delivered. Needless to say the minute I put it on it was the one. Its a sophia tolli and its just magical.

Ok brides to be with wedding dresses I have a question… I am lurker, not even engaged but I have a question, let’s say that all the dresses you been looking at are strapless and let’s say that your kinda small chested, like can straps be put on(added)to a strapless dress?

Sure! I used to work in a bridal salon, and we used to add or build up straps (like from spaghetti straps to a cap sleeve) all the time. Sometimes you need to order extra fabric, or the seamstress can use leftover material from your dress if you need a lot of hemming. I've also seen cap sleeves made from a wrap that was meant to match a dress.

I have the same issue. I actually wore an amazing bra from victoria's secret and you would never know. My dress was strapless and i wanted to have cups added but i was told it wouldn't look right. The bra filled everything out and helped hold the dress up.

Its not to fancy for a renewal Alot of Disney brides have had this designer for the renewal dresses i am bout to order it!!

Didn't realize this was a Maggie dress! My wedding dress was a Maggie Sottero. She has beautiful dresses. Well my husband and I just had our 5 year anniversary this past May so we probably wouldn't have a renewal till our 10 year. I just love the dress you have picked!

Yes, for most dresses. You can also wear a good push-up bra, or have cups sewn into the dress, that can make it look like you have a bigger chest.

I had a Disney Princess themed wedding too - it's a fantastic theme!! Money was also not an object for us, but we couldn't get married in Florida due to ill family members who couldn't travel.

Here's mine! Obviously not me! I found it almost a year ago, and still love it just as much as the day I tried it on! In fact, my bridesmaid keeps threatening that if I put it on one more time she's going to take it and keep it at her house (but what she doesn't know can't hurt her!).

I LOVED my dress!

Once we got engaged I started looking for dresses, saw a ton in magazines that I liked but nothing was really "wowing" me. I did notice, however, that a lot of the ones that I liked were either Paloma Blanca or Mikaella (come to find out they are the same designer, go figure!). A store a few hours away was having a Paloma Blanca trunk show, so I went to go look, that way I could say I actually saw them and get them out of my system. I figured that none of the dresses would look good on me because most of the line are these beautiful long, lean dresses and I am all of 5'1.

Well, I came home that day with a dress. I tried a few on, but once I put this one on I knew that was it. Its nothing like what I was looking for originally, but I absolutely loved it!

The top is lace and the skirt is Italian silk. There is a cumberbun around the waist of the same silk. Oh, and it had pockets! Loved my pockets!

The bottom of the skirt is edged in the same lace that the top is made of. I had a little of the poofiness taken out, but loved the length of the train for the aisle.

I decided to not go the veil route either, I just wore a headband with my hair halfway pulled back.
