I do live in NC but I didn't get it here. That is a custom made dress from a dress maker in Canada. I originally was going to get one of those dresses with navy or red in the back but I changed my mind and went with this one.

i absoutly love this dress it's my first choice......actually it's my ONLY choice!

i was thinking to my self "in white of course!" but sometimes i have second thoughts because it's so pretty in the red also! *sigh* i don't know i guess when i try it on i'll have to see how the colors look. i never usually look good in white anyway.

I love this gown! It was on my try-on list, but I couldn't find it! LOL Great choice! I think it will be fantastic in white...

aww i'm sorry you couldn't find it! i did a search on the Maggie Sottero site and it said that there's a few places that carry her dresses around so i'm gonna go check them all out. i do have a second one i like it's at David's Bridal it's beautiful but this is the one i love. i don't like lace or flowers but i love sparkly and this is just perfect for me!

Oh, maybe call those shops and see if they have that style, or if they can get a sample for you, b/c I went to shops that said they had maggies but they didn't have certain styles...

i will be on a hunt for this dress. if i have to drive for a few hours i will! lol. but i will post pix, but it won't be for a while. we're not getting married until 2008 but you better believe that i'll post pix!

Maggie should just have her own shops! lol. she has such beautiful gowns!

yeah i'm torn on which to try to go for the red or the white lol. the dress at David's was somewhat similar. no where near as gorgeous but it was a really pretty dress. it was pricey tho espically for David's! i think it was originally $500 on sale for $300 i think. aww thank you! i'll let you know!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am pretty sure that particular dress was discontinued. My bridal shop had it in the gold color and I noticed last night that it had a "No Re-Order" tag on it. But don't fret too much - Maggie Sottero has LOTS of dresses available in red. Sometimes they call it fuschia, but it is definitely not your everyday pink! Good luck in your search - here's some pixie dust to wish you well!!
