Sorry to butt it, but I'm helping my daughter with her wedding. I've been lurking for about a month now. I found this site and I thought I would share it.

I don't know whether to go for diamante hair jewels or pearl hair jewels as I would like a diamante tiara similar to hulagirl's but I will be wearing a pearl necklace and earings?? any ideas

I am not sure, but I thought I would share the tiara I am wearing. It is swarovski so it has the crystals and it also has pearls. I will be wearing a simple pearl necklace and earrings for my jewellry.

I have seen quite a few tiaras that incorporate pearls and are quite pretty. Maybe this would work for you.

Karen - my veil was above my hair. Let me see if I can find another pic, closer up....

I've been looking for something up, but not all on top of my head (since I'm taller than my DF), that I could wear my veil under, but not need a tiara! Perfect!

All of the styles are SO gorgeous. I have no clue what do to with my own hair so hopefully some of these pictures will inspire me.

My hair is wave and long--like at my bum long. I originally wanted it all down and curly, but I imagine with the humidity and weight of my hair it won't last more than 30 mins. Updo's give me headaches! Lynn--if your reading this, any advice would be great!!

My daughter is only a few inches shorter than her DF. She wanted an updo, but not on top of her head. With heels on, she didn't want to be taller than him.

That is why I am wearing Ballet Slippers for our wedding...no one's going to see my feet under that big poofy dress anyways, right? Thanks again!
