Has anybody had Gloria as there cordinator?
I have tried to contactor her twice and have been unsucessful
both times . Also I have heard you can request a new WC.
Is this true and how do i go about doing this?

My Sales person was named Gloria. If this is the case with you too, have no worries, when you get closer to your date you will have an Event Manager (EM) who will take care of all the wedding details. All the Sales manager did was make sure we were booked at the location we wanted and date and time. Sales manager wasn't much help as we felt ours really "pushed" us into making decissions quickly. When we got our EM, everything was better!

Like the previous poster said, don't worry - especially if you have a while to go before the wedding. I spoke to our EM around 7 months before the wedding to get the contract signed & deposit in. Then we spoke again about a month before the wedding to finalize floral, menu and budget details. After the budget was correct, we paid the bill and showed up - it is really that simple!Planning a Disney wedding is not very hands-on. They will call you when necessary, but the coordinator and EM's spend most of their time working on the actual events that are taking place during the day. You will continually have the feeling that you should be checking on things, but it really isn't necessary. As long as your final budget and timeline are correct (which you will receive about 30 days or less before the wedding), everything should go off without a hitch -- no need to talk to the coordinator every day or even every month!

Good Luck
