Wedding at Paris?

I rarely heard things about Disneyland Paris. French people aren't that interested in Disney characters?

If i were Disney VP , i will open fairy tale wedding department there....it will be surely a hit.

Wouldn't that be nice to have intimate fairy tale wedding there and travel right nearby in France

I don't think it's due to a lack of interest. There is a lengthy waiting period (like 30 days) in France for marriage licenses.

Plus DL Paris is like 1/25th the size of Disney World. I went in 1998 and even being a super disney lover, I didn't like it that much.

I have only been to Disneyland paris once, and prob wont go again! Its just not disney! i went at xmas, there was no parade no fireworks! The french dont do the things the way americans do,the hotels are not as nice either i couldnt see many people wanting to get married there.

Thanks for that tip. I have been trying to figure out how to talk my DH2B into going to DLP, but it it doesn't have fireworks and a parade, what's the point?!

DLP does have fireworks and parades!

Parades are all year round but fireworks are in the summer only.

There is also a train station right outside the entrance to DLP so getting to Paris is very easy.

Sorry i should have said that it was Christmas day that didnt have ANY parades or fireworks at all! There were no characters in the parks, where as WDW had all of those. I felt that on Christmas day with the amount of kids that were there they should have made an effort! The parades are on once a day but are not even half as long as the parades in WDW. Think there was about 7 or 8 floats and that was it!! DLP just does not make much effort and is preetly expensive!
