I can't figure out how to get in to the member website. We have received our membership cards with our member number, and another card has a pin on it. Now they're asking for a Vacation Club ID. Does anyone know what they are asking for?

If you have your DVC member card, there is a member number on it. You use this also to make reservations, etc. But what they are specifically asking in addition is confusing.

Did they ask you to also register?

In order to register for the Member's site, you need two things- a Vacation Club ID and a PIN.

The ID is NOT your DVC membership number (you'll still need that to make a reservation though) - it is a 7 digit number that was sent separately from the PIN. You'll need these two numbers only the first time you register and create your own login name and password.

Just call MS on Monday and they can walk you thru the registration process.
