I have been trying to use the website this week and am constantly getting Error 500, "we're working on it," "sorry about the paws." etc. Is this how it normally is or might it just be that they are having a bad week? I can barely go a page without running into issues. I want to review ship activities, port adventures, etc.

I think they're having issues. I tried looking something up a while ago, and it took ages for each page to load.

But they finally would.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

You can also try using a different browser. I've had to do that. I had trouble with Firefox and none with Edge. Some people have it the reverse.

It’s been sluggish and slow all day. I’ve gotten on the site, but all the info doesn’t load.

The WDW site has been crashing all day as well so they’re likely having server issues.

Disney websites are often a hot mess. Most only work for me in Chrome Incognito mode, but I know others have success on different browsers.

Agree. Private browsing is the only way I can get it to work.

Yep. Only works in Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) modes for me.

I only use Chrome Incognito to access DCL or WDW sites. If I use anything else, it tells me that the Dwarves are working. They are very busy lately.

Or sometimes Stitch is really hungry and eats the page.
