Forgive me if this has been answered already - I tried to scan the boards and didn't see anything.

I've tried to log into the member's website since Tuesday, and have been unable to. Each time, the (quick!) response is that it "down for maintenance."

I find it strange that they don't have a notice posted on the website, itself? That would save a lot of phone calls to Member Services! ...is the down time intermittent, and I've just been extremely unlucky?

Anyone else having this problem?
 
The DVC member website has been working fine for me, I've logged in every day since last Tuesday. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies if you haven't already done so.
 
:) Worked ok for me I just logged on and off.
 
Thanks everyone. ...I did call Member Services yesterday, and she confirmed that it was down - so I didn't suspect it was "me." I'll try to clear my cache, now.

*UPDATE* - in case anyone else is having this problem. ...Clearing my cache didn't make a difference, but using a different browser did.

Just curious - what browser did you have trouble with, and which one worked for you? Like DebbieB, I normally use Chrome.
 
I can't access the "Dashboard" link on the MS site. I've tried both Chrome and IE and cleared cache and cookies.

I was using IE (I think "9.") ...Logging in via Mozilla Firefox worked fine.

I had always used that IE browser in the past - makes me think they must have made some recent changes so that it was no longer compatible. ...I know more and more sites are getting away from IE9. Not a problem - but it was unfortunate that the response said only, "We are currently down for maintenance."
 
Yes, I've been getting the same "maintenance" message for a couple of weeks now. I called and was told the site was not down. Not sure what to do.

jocon - definitely try to access via different browser. It appears that Google Chrome is popular, but Mozilla Firefox worked for me. Good luck!
