Website to order T-shirts with team picture?

Anyone have any experience or suggestions for ordering t-shirts for a soccer team with the team picture on it and the name on the back. I could only find customink.com and they were $23-$28 a piece. My husband is the coach and this was going to be a gift from us to the girls.

You can go to an office store (or even Walmart, craft store, etc) and buy iron on transfers. Using your printer, you can print the photo and team name on to the transfers, then iron them on to a cotton/poly blend tee shirt. Much cheaper I think.

Ive made several for trips to WDW and an Indiana Jones Lego tee shirt for my son. He loves it!

Or go if your not crafty like that (or just don't have the time to iron on 30 pictures and names to t-shirts!!) you could go to your local privatly owned sporting/trophy store, and they can do it for for a good price. DH gets it done every year for his softball team.
