I just turned 35 . . . . for the 5th time
I have worn my hair long and straight with curled back bangs most of my adult life. It has varied in lengths from all the way to the middle of my back to chin length. I have been washing that gray right out of my hair at home for the last 5 years or so. I always get it cut at a cheapo Supercuts type place. Quick and easy.
But I am ready for a change. I am getting "more mature" and also have lots more weight on me than 10 years ago, and it really shows in my face. Translation= I am getting old and have a fat face and several chins. I know my hair is really not flattering at all and most of the time I am just in a ponytail. I don't want it short and cropped, I want to stay between shoulder and chin length. A friend of mine walked into our meeting today with the cutest style and great color and highlights. She told me where she had it done and who did it, but I really don't want to go and say "I want to look like Df"-- that would be weird!
Okay, so my question-- are there any good websites to see PHOTOS of great hairstyles? Just like in the books at the salons? And not just pictures of celebrities who are all skinny and perfect. I have been searching but all I keep finding are sites with text. I don't want to read about what my hair should look like, I want to have photos and be able to print them and take them with me.
