For over 3 months now I can’t get all my reservations to load on safari browser and I can’t get anything to book in chrome. If I want to modify a res I have to pull it up in chrome, link directly to that site in safari and then modify.

It's so annoying, sometimes I forget to go incognito and then the page doesnt load when I select dates to do a search, never fails

Yes it is and its the only way the website works for me with no issue, you should try it!

I always use chrome in incognito mode. The avoids build up of cookies and other cache related issues.

If I dont do incognito mode, I can normally search do a few searches before the UI starts acting up and wont show any availability what so ever.

The same actually applies to Safari it has to be private mode otherwise the UI will start to act up.

I rarely have an issue with the site. You can use things like incognito and such.

If you are consistently getting issues I would uninstall and then install your web browser again (Chrome here). I have been in the system very often in the past few months as well with booking/stalking for this year as well as next year as well.

There are sites that walk you through the process or you can ask your favorite AI chat on the steps for removing your browser and reinstalling it if you are not sure how to do it.

Same exact thing for me. Im lucky if i get one or two searches without incognito mode and then thats it. Have to clear all my cookies and close everything. Does everyone have these issues?

Thank you @Cyberc1978 @sethschroeder and @Girlstar30 -- going incognito appears to have fixed the problem and now I only have to log-on once to see and modify my reservations in a single browser window-- feels like an IT miracle!
