It's probably aliens. Got my MNSSHP tix and down it went.

Yeah, it kept telling me my password was incorrect then a weird message. Hope I'm not locked out, I tried several times both app and website.

Nope....me too. And DVC is down too. I can still upload MDE on my phone but only FP and resort info shows up. All my dining ressies are gone. Sitting here holding my breath.....

Sitting in Frontierland right now and MDE has been down on my phone and my daughter's since 5:30. My fast pass for mine train disappeared on MDE but thankfully worked when I got to the tap stiles. Wait times have not loaded since 5:30 and can't book any additional fp from phone or at kiosk. ???? We're doing it old school, going from ride to ride to see wait times.

Yesterday was awful. Mine train was down most of the morning as was Space Mtn; sporadically Pooh, barnstormer and the train were down as well. Crowds were high but it poured on Wednesday so it was understandable. We were never able to get on the mine train as the fp line was almost as bad as standby. We left after lunch at Skippers and I can't say enough good things about the restaurant. Great way to end a difficult day. Our MDE kept doing odd things too. Giving us conflicting info.

Be thankful you left after lunch! We stayed until wishes started and then tried to leave. It took us an hour to get to our car. The monorail was down and the ferry lines were outrageous. It was a real you-know-what show. Part of the problem was the hard close because of the after hours event.

When we finally got to the trams, some lady and her friend literally tried to tackle me to get in. They tried to cut right in front of me and when they couldn't because the door opened toward them, one of them grabbed me and I kept going and she FELL half in the tram. It was crazy! I got out of the tram because they did manage to cut off my kids and hubby. Seriously, its not like it was the last tram of the night and they were trapped! LOL! Next one came in 5 minutes and all was good. But boy, people were really upset last night.

They did have buses too, but the CMs weren't advertising it to everyone. While we were stuck in line, I watched them directing some to the ferry line and some to buses. I guess for crowd control?

Also, while MDE was down I got an email telling me my Mine Train fp was not available and to pick another attraction. We went to the tapstile and were able to get on Mine Train at our fp time, but I wonder how many other people got that same email and picked another attraction? SB line was 50 minutes at the time we had our fp.

I think the site has been down the majority of the past 24 hours. Unacceptable for a company the size of Disney. Also unacceptable for the fact that people are expected to use the app to manage FP+'s in real time now. Who was the IT genius that underestimated demand?

For the past two evenings, I have not been able to display any of my information in MDE, and still can not. I can get into the account, it just says it has nothing to display. I have tried the website, and both IOS and android apps. I refuse to waste my time and money to call them. Our next trip is not for a few months but i just wanted to check our dining reservations. Luckily I save all trip related email confirmations saved so I can refer to those.

Seriously though DISNEY, I'm glad you're not my bank!!!!!!! Could you imagine a banking website being down this long? Just like many other people i do alot of online shopping etc. and I have never seen any other website as unreliable. Somebody should loose their job over the entire MDE fiasco.

FYI - Spoke with WDW support (407) 939 7765. CM tried a few things, but was unsuccessful. On a hunch, I asked her to reset my password. When I went to change it, it said 'success', but I was unable to log in. I went ahead and changed my password again through the website and then I was able to log in again. So, not sure if it was something she did that needed time to kick in or if it was that extra password reset.

I don't know if it's because of the higher crowds but it has come to my attention that AT LEAST 25% of the guests need some form of medication or at the very least, a class on good manners. So far we're having a great day at HS. Crowded because I chose an EMH day but at least everything's running. Except the Imagineer lunch. The Imagineer we had had some form of emergency and the girl they called in looked like she'd just rolled out of bed. Maybe working on ROL but wouldn't say for fear of 1001 questions. (Lol). She was fairly interesting and maybe slightly unprepared but we enjoyed it nevertheless.

On the MDE thing. DH couldn't get on his MDE at all yesterday so he ended up deleting and reloading MDE and it worked great!
