Website Doesn't know what day it is!!!!!!

Just tried to book a room for February 1st and the website said I can't do this until July 1st....... well I think that is today. Just for fun I tried to book it for January 30th and it said I couldn't do this until June 30th (yesterday). The website is very confused and must need a holiday.
 
How far did you get before you got that message? I just tried to book a non-home resort for 2/1/18 - 2/8/2018 and it all seemed to work just fine. I didn't actually book anything though (I'm out of points). I used my laptop computer and the chrome browser.
 
I got to the point where it shows me what the availability is, when I click continue I window Pops up that Says I cannot book this until July 1st.

I got past that point. Looks like you will have to call MS. Hope you can still get what you want. Good luck!

In the meantime, have you tried using a different device and/or different browser? Clearing cache & cookies and then restarting your device?

I called MS Got it booked, turned out I had too many days selected I have to call back tomorrow to get my last day. The Message I got was just very confusing. Overall my fault. Got what I needed though so I'm happy.
 
It appears any bookings over 7 days even if you are one day beyond the 11 or 7 month mark, gives you this remark. In the past others have said they have been able to book 8 days at one day after the 11 month mark. It sounds like a system problem to me.

AFAIK, you can book up to 30 days if the entire stay is within the window.
 
I just booked 10 days at BWV yesterday with no problem for Feb 23, 2019
 
If it is your home resort you can book up to 30 once you hit the 11 month window. For non-home resort you can book at 7 month, but for only 7 days. You can book the first 7, then you need to add days one day at a time after that. I ran into the same thing and the error was wrong. CM entered a "bug" for IT to correct the error message.

That is not correct. At 11 months you can only book 7 nights. You can then keep adding on day by day, same as at 7 months.

I couldn't find this in writing on the member website. But I think you mean if 23 days into the booking window you could book 30 days. Am I understanding that correctly.
