I have noticed that a lot of you use the Webshots service to upload your pictures. I like viewing them on there because of the slide show feature.

How much does it cost to use this service? And is it easy to use (for someone who isn't computer savvy)?

Thanks!
DJ

PS: Love the trip reports!

I used Webshots for my pictures and it is free. They do have an upgrade feature that you can do that does cost money, but I think the free one is fine for what I need it for. I didn't think that it was very hard to use. It just took awhile to get everything uploaded. If you have any questions please ask.

I use Webshots, and think it's great. I believe it's free for up to 240 pictures, with a limit of 100 pictures in a single album. AFAIK there isn't a limit to how big the pictures can be, just in the number of pictures. I uploaded some 2 meg pictures, and it wasn't a problem.

Thanks!

We are using our digital camera on our upcoming trip, so I hope I can upload them when I get back.

There's also a site called Ofoto.com
