Webkinz hackers

Has anyone had a problem with hackers getting into your account on Webkinz?
Someone got in my son's account and changed his password last week. We finally were able to get ahold of tech support and fix the password today. But everything in his 22 rooms is gone! There is no way to get his exclusive items back. He has been so upset. Has this happened to anyone else?

This happened to DD10 with Club Penguin. He probley told someone his password. They all let it slip. Then that person my have told someone.

He did not tell anyone his password. He is 12 and actually the only one of his friends that has webkinz.
