And poor me....on the West Coast and having to rush home from work so I could catch this. No luck but apparently not missing much!

I was in, saw the first few minutes, then the video froze. Help screen said to refresh, so i did, that was the end of it for me too. Haven't been able to get back in. You would think they would have a server that could handle the volume of viewers. I mean, we have to register, so they know how many people will be watching (or at least have an estimate). Very frustrating.

For those watching, is it me, or does the woman that opened the presentation remind you of DeevyCee? Could it be the same person? Mannerisms seemed awfully similar, even the little lisp she has. Just wondering if anyone else noticed that.

I attend tons of webinars. This is ridiculous! Never got in. What is the point of registering for a time if they don't have the capacity for all of us to be there? Poor planning and very low tech.
