I am web site "dumb" so I could use some help. I want to build, for now, a simple one page website.
I want a logo in the top left, at the bottom I want several company logos that I want to be hyperlinked to their websites.
I figured it would be easy - LOL I put a one page thing together on word and saved it as a website.
Uploaded the file to my web server. Took the current index.html file and renamed it to copy. Took the file I uploaded and renamed it to index.html.
(Bear in mind it's really a HUGE stretch that I even figured this out)
Well it worked to a certain degree except none of the logos are showing up. The main logo is just a blank box with an X. The hyperlinked logos are blank as well but I can click and the links work.
Please - is there a web site for dummies place I can go where I can just do the layout I like and upload the file and have it actually look like what I want????
