Can anyone tell me whether or not you can use web certificates on any Canadian shopping sites? Here's my situation: I have enough points to redeem on blink, however I cannot decide what would be my best option. I'm concerned about the cost of shipping and duty on US websites, and do not want to be in a situation where I might end up spending more for an item that I could already by here. I've heard stories of people buying CD's and stuff from Amazon and by the time they received the product, it cost them way more than going to the mall to pick it up.
If anyone has any experiences to share or have any suggestions on redeeming my blink points, it would be much appreciated. I have not figured out whether or not Paypal is another way to go. I don't really understand how it works. And again, I am not a fan of service charges and fees.
