Hi, Liferbabe! We just finished the digital scrapbook of our last WDW trip when we enjoyed your AKV Christmas Tree in our Villa! Yep, your tree made the book!

If we could skip any real cold fronts I'd appreciate it - at least for the next couple of weeks. Our last trip home was in January of this past year - Marathon weekend. We survived temps that didn't get much above 50 and one morning of freezing rain (~30 degrees and raining) and another morning of sub 30 degree weather. We still had a great time - and we'll always remember my parents' first trip to Disney when they brought the Northeastern cold with them - but we're looking forward to a warm visit next week.

THIS. We remember that morning of freezing rain. We were trying to pack the van and load the rooftop carrier. That was by far the coldest trip I can remember and we have done a lot of Jan-Feb trips. Seems like every time we go there are record cold temps! Usually we just chuckle at the frost advisories and watch all the Floridians wear their mittens. But LAST winter, it was frigid. We left the park every single day by 5pm just because we couldn't stand fighting to stay warm anymore.

Yeah for nice weather this week! Off to SSR!

I'm home now. My vacation was from last Wednesday to this past Monday. It was PERFECT weather. There were love bugs, but it wasn't a severe infestation imo.
