weather in September

It is hot and humid and you will get your daily shower. Plan to do air-conditioned attractions in the middle of the day and you will be fine. The worst part is waiting for parades.

Depending on where you live in the Country and what you expect the weather to feel like in Sept will affect your answer to this. There have been LOADS of threads about it. We go every Sept. Sept is "Fall" to us New Englanders. Disney in Sept is extremely hot to us. It's hurricane season so the weather is downright tropical. If you plan ahead and drink plenty of water and take breaks every afternoon, you will be fine. Also, plan to bring at least two outfits per day. You will need them ;) If you are planning to go to MNSSHP, plan on wearing a costume with shorts sleeves, no masks or face makeup (it will be running down your face in minutes!)

I am so worried about this. We always go during the perfect weather of December and I'm worried that our vacation won't be as much fun! I plan to take full advantage of the pools, long breaks and air conditioning!

We always go in September. (We are from Oklahoma)
The weather has not felt too hot for us. We bring along a personal fan to use while in the lines, and drink plenty of water. It does get humid and has a couple of short showers in the afternoon. Pack a poncho in your bag and hopefully you will be fine. We will be there from the 19th through the 28th. Have Fun!

HOT and HUMID so much so that I will never go in september again. I went 4 years in a row and this year my friends are going with out me. Sorry, just my personal opinion! :lmao:

We go this time every year. Plan on it being hot, if you are prepared for it, it won't be so bad. We always carry a poncho with us because rain this time of year does happen. We were lucky last year and it didn't rain while we were there. But if it does rain, have a plan in place. We usually will hit the shows or head to Epcot, to me the best place to be if it rains :)

We don't get rid of the humidity until early to mid October so be prepared for a sauna!

I agree. We were there last year September 13 - 21 and it was way too hot for us! My husband compared it to vacationing on the surface of the sun. We did have fun last September and the MNSSHP was great, but we are going back in December this year.
